Module uc 

Unity Catalog backend (feature unity-catalog, ADR-0062): OAuth2 auth and describe over a transport seam. Off by default. Unity Catalog backend for crate::TableCatalog (ADR-0062).

Stage C2 (this module): OAuth2 client-credentials auth (auth) and describe — resolve a table’s live state over the transport seam (client::UcClient) and parse it into a crate::TableState the reconcile planner can diff against. The create/evolve/vend stages (C3–C6) return a not-yet-implemented backend error for now.

The concrete HTTP transport is deliberately not here: it will be a thin client::UcClient adapter over hyper + twg-wire-tls once that crate is implemented, so this module stays pure and testable against a mock client.
